These terms and conditions apply to the Picker Mart app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Picker (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that:

  • You agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
  • If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

  • Placing Orders: Orders placed through the app are forwarded to the respective restaurant for preparation.
  • Pricing: Prices for food items are displayed in the app and include applicable taxes. Additional charges may apply for delivery and service fees.
  • Payment: Payments must be made at the time of order placement via available methods (Bkash, COD, digital wallets).
  • Order Confirmation: Once an order is confirmed, cancellation or modification may not be possible, subject to the Cancellation Policy.

5. Delivery Terms

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
  • The delivery address provided must be accurate. Delivery partners may attempt delivery only at the address specified during checkout.
  • If you are unreachable or provide incorrect information, the order may be canceled, and no refund will be issued.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.

7. User Responsibilities

  • You agree to use the Service responsibly and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

    • Delays or failures caused by external factors.
    • The quality or accuracy of food prepared by partner restaurants.
    • Unauthorized use of your account.
